A refuge with history in the heart of the Alicante countryside
Casa Anna is a centennial home with a soul of its own, part of the historic Casas de la Polseguera, a small cluster situated in the rural area of Las Cañadas de Don Ciro, in Monóvar (Alicante).
Built around 1920 by landowner Juan Polseguera for his family, this house has witnessed the passage of generations, preserving its original essence intact for over a century of history.

From farmhouse to refuge
The foundations
Landowner Juan Polseguera orders the house to be built in the Polseguera hamlet. Robust and made of local stone, it was born to shelter family and land.
The start of a dream
We arrived at this old country house with the dream of recovering its original essence. Starting with the essentials, restoring every corner with care alongside friends and family.
